The award is from The Analytical Scientist, a publication that specializes in analytical chemistry. The award is for the Agilent Intuvo 9000 Gas Chromatograph System, which we introduced last August. As I blogged at the time, Intuvo literally reinvents Agilent’s first and oldest analytical technology.
(Gas chromatography is a technique for separating chemical substances. It is used in a wide range of industries, including chemical and energy, food safety, pharmaceuticals and the environment.)
“Intuvo delivers features and benefits not seen with other GCs, significantly improving operator experience, laboratory operation and business success,” the magazine writes. “The Intuvo offers faster heating, reducing sample time, and column replacement that’s over 10 times faster, improving uptime.
“By streamlining the GC experience, including installation, setup, operation and maintenance, Intuvo is transforming the way GC is performed.”
At Agilent, we pride ourselves on the innovative “DNA” that is at the heart our company. We have a whole portfolio of new product introductions planned for the coming year, and I can hardly wait to share them with you!
